Where do you ship?
We ship internationally!
Vicanie’s is not responsible for any duties, customs charges, or taxes incurred. If you have any questions about orders going into the UK or EU countries, please email us at info@vicanies.com.
How long will it take to get my order?
Canadian orders take 2–8 business days to arrive. American orders take 4–10 business days to arrive. International orders take 6–21 business days to arrive. If you have specific questions about shipping please send us an email to info@vicanies.com.
Can I change my order after I place it?
If you need to edit or change your order please email us as quickly as possible at info@vicanies.com clearly stating your order number and what you would like to change. We cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your change but will do our very best.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Canada is $20 tracked with free shipping on orders over $150.

Can I pay in my currency?
We currently accept CAD to view our products and check out. We are hoping to accept more currency's moving forward and if you would like to let us know which currency you would prefer, please email us at info@vicanies.com.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Vicanie’s will accept merchandise in its original unused condition, excluding panties, for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation email or invoice, within 10 days from arrival. After 10 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than material defects. All sale and discounted items (promotion code applied) are considered final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. All sale items are considered final sale.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on products purchased at retailers other than Vicanie’s.com. Please return the item in store where it was purchased. Items with material damage will be exchanged there.
All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. Vicanie’s is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please note there will be a fee for returns sent to the wrong address.
Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email we have on file. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund. If an exchange, you will be notified of shipment and tracking in a separate email.
Vicanie’s reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.
SIZING
How do I know my size?
See the size chart for correct sizing. Like new denim, our bras and panties take time to wear in as well. The fabric and elastic will give with wear and soften up on your skin. If you have sizing questions please email us at info@vicanies.com.
PRODUCT INFO & CARE
I saw something online that I can no longer find. What happened?
The item may have been removed from our site due to change in season or the item selling out.
How do I wash and care for my garments?
For best long term care, hand wash items in cold water and lay flat to dry. Do not iron or dry clean. All of our merchandise includes wash and care instructions on the label.
I'm purchasing an item as a gift, how do I include a message and ship it to them?
When you check out you'll be able to include a message in the Special Instructions for seller box that your purchase is a gift. We will make sure to remove any pricing on the garments and invoice. If you'd like a note included, please type it in the Special Instructions for seller box and we will be sure to add it to the package. When you are completing check out, fill in the shipping address the address you wish the gift to be sent to.
