RETURN POLICY

We know that our sustainability and growth depends on you. If we intend on always providing the best value to you, then we need to keep our marketing expenses in check. Let's face it, we all know that hands down, the best marketing is word-of-mouth. We also realize that, in order for you to recommend us to your friends, you need to trust that your friends will be happy that you provided the advice.

That brings us to our intent. We do not intend on satisfying you. We intend on impressing you. So much so, that you will make a point of recommending us to your friends.

The fact is, there's no such thing as perfect. We will always aim for it, so we will come as close as possible, but sometimes things will go wrong. Recognizing that reality, we must have a return policy, in writing, that will earn your trust and impress you.

So here it is...

There is No Such Thing as a Final Sale at Vicanie's.

Bras...

We mean it when we say we want you to find the right fitting bra, and we know that the true test is wearing it! If you get home and are not completely comfortable with your new bra, please return it within seven days, in unused/unworn (with manufacturers tags attached) condition, and we will give you a no hassle, full refund, in the original method of payment! Panties, for sanitary reasons, are not returnable.

Note: "manufacturers tags" refers to the fabric, sewn in, tags, not the paper price tags.

All other items...

All other product purchased at Vicanie's may be returned in unused/unworn condition within 30 days for a full refund, in the original payment method. YES, this includes gift cards and clearance items! Panties and adhesive items, for sanitary reasons are not returnable.

Receipts...

An original receipt is only required if the client has not provided their name for our client tracking system. With no receipt and no client tracking, photo identification will be required and a merchandise credit will be issued for the current selling price of the item(s). If the product is no longer being sold, then a credit will be issued at a fixed price, depending on the item(s)s being returned.

Exceptions...

As we said before, our intention is to impress, not just satisfy. As an exceptional organization, we must allow for exceptions.
